Therefore, it is recommended that the machine user can quickly judge the problem and provide the problem to the manufacturer accurately, which can save time and not delay the production progress.
1. There is a problem with the ink supply
Check whether the ink has expired or precipitated. If there is a problem with the quality of the ink, the printheads will not be able to eject the ink. If this happens, just replace the new ink.
2. The ink path and printhead are blocked
When the ink path and printhead are seriously blocked, special cleaning fluid is needed. You can judge whether the blockage problem of the print head has been solved according to the test line printed by the print head. It is recommended to replace the ink tube with a new one after the life of the ink tube has expired.
3. The printhead communication is missing and the network cable is loose
Check whether the flat line of the printer head and the position of the interface is loose, broken, etc., and replace it with a new one.
4. The printhead is damaged
Only replace the new print head. Remember that the equipment must be grounded. When replacing the print head, cut off the power supply.
5. Failure of the printhead board
The failure of the printhead board will cause the printhead of the printer to be unable to output ink. If this happens, either replace the board with a new one or send it back to the manufacturer for repair.
